Stay current with agent frameworks and use tools like Claude Code in development.

Lead the Compass cloud engineering program: set technical vision and multi-year cloud roadmap, manage budget and vendors, allocate resources, define performance metrics, coach and grow staff, ensure security/compliance, and drive cloud-native infrastructure, data integration, and advanced analytics/AI capabilities across research and clinical systems.

Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines and a cloud-based data platform. Create dashboards, troubleshoot data discrepancies, implement testing/CI/CD/IaC improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders, software engineers, and data scientists to deliver reliable BI solutions.

Founding iOS Engineer to build the app's core intelligence layer. Must implement production CallKit and on-device continuous Speech Framework recognition, integrate with SwiftUI/CoreData, and optionally add Dynamic Island Live Activity via WidgetKit.
