Provides field-based automotive diagnostic, repair, and technical support to GM dealerships. Resolves escalated vehicle issues, supports potential repurchase cases, evaluates dealership service readiness, trains dealer personnel, manages dispatch cases, and communicates product-quality findings to GM engineering and service teams. The role also supports warranty-cost reduction, dealer comeback processes, customer relationships, arbitration matters, and technician recruitment while traveling frequently throughout the assigned territory.

Leads field sustainment of large transmitters, receivers, and RF subsystems through advanced troubleshooting, system checkout, calibration, corrective maintenance, testing, patch oversight, and FRACAS activities. Coordinates depot repairs, engineering enhancements, documentation, and customer technical reviews. Trains and supervises field technicians, supports classified communications, and performs CONUS/OCONUS maintenance and contingency operations at a fully onsite customer facility.
