Job Description
6 Months Contract (Only W2 or 1099)
CANDIDATE MUST BE LOCAL
Top 3 Must Have
1. C#/ASP.net, 2. REST web services, 3. Oracle
Top 4 Nice to Have
1. Jquery, 2. nHibernate, 3. JavaScript, 4. SaaS development experience.
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
DESIRED SKILLS:
- 5+ years of experience in .NET development (C#, WCF, Web Services, ASP.NET)
- Should be very familiar with ASP.NET MVC based web development and C# in general
- 3+ years of experience in web based front end development (JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery, HTML5, CSS3)
- Should be familiar with the DOM, DOM manipulation and the ins and outs of asynchronous web development including a strong JavaScript skillset overall
- Should be familiar with CSS and HTML in general
- An understanding and experience in application security from the web service and web application perspective
- A good understanding of design patterns and N-Tier architecture Experience with cross-cutting standards:
- Creating and consuming web services (SOAP/WSDL, REST, Web API), XML/XSL/XSD, X/HTML
- Experience with Oracle DBMS Experience with NHibernate and the Oracle Coherence data grid is a plus.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- SaaS based software development experience on large to enterprise class applications.
