Collaborates with business stakeholders, analysts, and developers to deliver high-quality implementations meeting business requirements. Requires expertise in Guidewire architecture, data models, APIs, integrations, web services, Java, SQL, and XML. Preferred experience includes Guidewire Cloud, reporting, insurance processes, Agile methodologies, certification, and DevOps tools.

Lead and scale Customer Success across North America for Kainos' Workday products. Drive retention, adoption, value realization, and GRR through structured success planning, executive engagement, and renewal readiness. Build and develop a distributed CSM team, implement playbooks and health frameworks, leverage data and AI-enabled automation to prioritize actions, and partner cross-functionally to improve reporting, forecasting, and customer advocacy.

Own and scale Amplemarket’s partnerships channel, including strategy, partner mix, revenue targets, pipeline quality, onboarding, compliance, monetization, and executive relationships. Lead the partnerships team, establish scalable processes and tooling, manage channel conflict, forecast performance, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, Product, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success.

Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, email, and LinkedIn; research potential customers; build and maintain qualified sales pipelines; record activities in HubSpot or similar tools; meet quotas; and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. The role requires onsite work in Denver three to five days weekly and occasional travel to industry conferences.

Recruits and screens candidates, verifies qualifications and references, supports interviews and hiring decisions, and builds candidate pipelines across multiple departments. Partners with client groups and People Operations, advises candidates, coordinates hiring logistics, prepares recruitment reports, and maintains compliance with EEO, ADA, and related employment laws. The role also supports compensation alignment and proactive workforce planning.
