A BOLDSCIENCE Talent Consultant, working closely with internal BOLD client groups and People Operations business partners, will identify, recruit, and screen potential employees for specific positions at BOLD. BOLD Talent Consultants vet candidates closely for qualifications as well as culture, ensuring that offers are competitive yet aligned with BOLD’s internal compensation structure. This role pays attention to the team structures and works with client teams to ensure they are taking a proactive approach to meeting team needs – building pipelines in an effort to facilitate quick responses to impromptu client group needs. BOLD Talent Consultants have responsibility for the effective use of internal systems to facilitate effective weekly and quarterly reporting.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Collaborates with client groups, Senior Talent Consultants, and People Operations business partners to understand the requirements, duties, and qualifications desired for specified vacant position(s).
- Consults data and records to identify and select potential candidates for vacant positions.
- Screens candidates, selects qualified and interested candidates for the interviewing phase, and then connects viable candidates with People Operations business partner and hiring managers.
- Checks candidates’ references and credentials, verifying experience and backgrounds.
- Counsels candidates on the interview and hiring process.
- Follows up with clients or hiring managers after the interview process to determine whether a placement can be made; collects feedback when placement is unsuccessful.
- Provides weekly and quarterly reporting and creates presentations that include recruitment progress
- Arranges meeting locations, travel, and/or accommodations for applicants and company managers when necessary.
- Maintains and ensures compliance with applicable equal employment opportunity (EEO) and related employment laws and regulations.
- Builds pipelines of candidates to facilitate efficiency of candidate selection in times of business upticks
- Continually hones skills in an effort to facilitate talent assessment across multiple departments and levels in the business
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with aptitude in conducting interviews.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Thorough understanding of global employment laws and guidelines including EEO, ADA, and other related laws
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field required.
- At minimum of 5 years of strategic talent assessment preferred.
- Experience using Greenhouse preferred.
- CIPD, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred.
- SHRM’s Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus.
