Qualify inbound leads and create new opportunities through outbound prospecting. Conduct research, call prospects, nurture leads, maintain Salesforce records, collaborate with sales executives, and advocate for Stack Overflow to drive pipeline growth.

Provide corporate legal counsel supporting securities, governance, M&A, financing, equity compensation, and corporate secretarial matters.
