Work with customers to configure and maintain Cresta's Opera platform, identify key moments using keyword/utterance rules, monitor voice analytics trends, produce insight reports, respond to ad hoc analysis requests, and mentor customer analysts to maximize product value.

Owns the strategy, roadmap, requirements, and delivery of data products, analytics capabilities, and data infrastructure. Partners with engineering, architecture, DevOps, and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable platform features, manage Agile backlogs, define adoption metrics, support incident reviews, and identify AI opportunities. The role also contributes to technical planning, customer escalations, documentation, hiring, and cross-functional initiatives.

Own and grow complex Medium Business and Platinum accounts through retention, expansion, prospecting, consultative solution selling, and quota attainment. Build strategic account plans, manage pipelines and forecasts, coordinate sales engineers and partners, position wired, mobility, connectivity, and technology solutions, and serve as a trusted business advisor. Balance customer service and account maintenance with new business development, negotiation, and closing.

Provides first-line support for operators, vendors, and internal teams by triaging tickets, managing queues, escalating issues, and meeting SLA expectations. Supports customer onboarding through data uploads, spreadsheet manipulation, AI accuracy reviews, and data audits. Configures templates and contract requirements, maintains documentation in Notion and knowledge bases, and contributes to cross-functional process improvements in a remote startup environment.

Own end-to-end customer implementations from post-sales onboarding through launch. Lead needs assessments, translate business requirements into project specifications, manage timelines and deliverables, identify risks, and coordinate internal teams across HR Benefits, Payroll, HRIS, IT, Finance, Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success. Serve as the primary customer liaison, develop training materials, advocate for client needs, and support upsell and expansion initiatives.
