The Creative and Brand Advisor will serve as an advanced independent contributor responsible for translating marketing strategies into high-quality creative work and consistent brand experiences, while leading campaign execution, branch brand relationships, Spectrio administration, and vendor delivery across physical and digital channels. This is an exciting opportunity to bring forth new ideas and see those ideas come to life!

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Plan and manage assigned multi-channel campaigns from intake through delivery, coordinating scope, timelines, approvals, production, deployment, and closeout.
  • Develop and adapt high-quality visual assets for digital, print, social media, email, website, online banking, branch, event, and paid-media applications.
  • Apply and steward Seattle Credit Union brand standards across materials, campaigns, physical environments, and partner-produced work.

  • Maintain organized source files, templates, specifications, vendor records, inventories, and production documentation to support continuity and reuse.
  • Contribute ideas beyond the immediate area of expertise and participate in holistic campaign and brand decisions.
  • Other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

  • Minimum of 4–6 years of progressively responsible experience in a relevant field.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience administering digital signage or comparable content-management systems; Spectrio experience is strongly desired.
  • Experience managing external vendors, estimates, specifications, production schedules, installation, and quality assurance.
  • Ability to interpret creative briefs and independently recommend effective, brand-aligned creative and production solutions.
  • Working knowledge of print production, signage, environmental graphics, digital asset specifications, accessibility, and brand governance.
  • Working knowledge of compliance and regulatory considerations in financial services marketing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a financial institution or other regulated industry.
  • Experience supporting branch, retail, signage, environmental brand, or local-market programs.
  • Experience with Spectrio, project-management platforms, WordPress, HubSpot, social publishing tools, or comparable systems.
  • Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or photography.

Working Conditions:

  • This is a hybrid role with work performed remotely as well as planned events in an office and/or branch environment in the Greater Seattle area of Washington State.
