Provide on-site Tier 3 escalation and day-to-day administration for cloud and on‑premises infrastructure. Support Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft 365, DNS/DHCP, Group Policy, patching, monitoring, VPN/wireless, hardware/software troubleshooting, PowerShell automation, documentation, and ticketed SLA-driven support while assisting cloud engineering and improving enterprise IT operations.

Provide technical assistance and on-site support to partners for AutoStore software modules. Interim Controller responsible for hands-on property accounting across multiple properties: month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, tenant billing, CAM and lease accounting, owner/investor reporting, budgeting support, GAAP compliance, and supervising the accounting team during a short-term interim engagement (part-time, 30 hrs/week).
