Lead and rebuild Fuel Cycle’s enterprise sales engine: define GTM strategy, generate new-logo pipeline, coach a growing sales team in insight-led selling, drive enterprise deal execution with C-suite stakeholders, deliver accurate forecasting, and partner cross-functionally to maximize revenue and retention. Responsible for quota attainment, board reporting, and establishing scalable sales processes.

Track and update orders in the Cofactr platform, monitor lead times and decommits, quote BOMs with price-solving tools, contact suppliers for quotes, and report software or data issues to engineering and data teams.

Oversee daily operations of a single tax office, supervise and train seasonal staff, ensure regulatory and company compliance, drive customer service and local marketing, and report operational metrics to regional leadership.

Own end-to-end commission and compensation administration, SPIFF program governance, BRD authoring, sprint board coordination, vendor/license administration, and recurring reporting across Salesforce, Metabase, and Snowflake while supporting attribution audits and ad-hoc data requests.
