About the role:

Curri is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to own the operational backbone of the GTM engine: commission and compensation administration, SPIFF program governance, sprint planning, and business requirements documentation. Today, this work is spread across senior RevOps operators who are also driving strategic initiatives, slowing delivery on program and tooling requests. In this role, you will become the dedicated owner of these repeatable, high-accuracy workflows, reporting to the Senior Director, Growth Operations.

What you will do:

  • Administer end-to-end commission and compensation processes, including monthly and quarterly payout calculations, target-setting cycles, compensation plan drafting, and evaluation and vetting of comp plan tooling.

  • Own SPIFF program operations, auditing submissions for eligibility, coordinating with submitters on missing requirements, managing approval routing, and tracking program budgets.

  • Author and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) for GTM tooling, enhancements, and workflow changes, serving as the functional bridge between end users and Revenue Operations engineering resources.

  • Manage Notion sprint board coordination, maintaining statuses, triaging the backlog, pulling tasks forward, flagging rollovers and blockers, and aligning stakeholders bi-weekly.

  • Administer vendor contracts and software licenses, validating invoices, routing them to AP, managing renewals and negotiations, and maintaining license counts.

  • Produce recurring reporting deliverables, including weekly KPI snapshots and board deck inputs, and support attribution audits, hierarchy updates, duplicate record resolution, and ad-hoc data requests across Salesforce, Metabase, and Snowflake

What you need to have:

  • 4+ years of experience in a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations capacity, including direct experience administering commission or compensation calculations with a zero-tolerance approach to errors on pay-sensitive work.

  • Structured communication and documentation skills, able to translate a messy stakeholder conversation into a clean BRD, ROE doc, or process spec without significant editing.

  • Systems fluency across CRM (Salesforce experience required), analytics tools (Metabase or equivalent), Claude or ChatGPT along with spreadsheet-heavy workflows and comfort diving into unfamiliar tools.

  • Program management discipline and operational range, able to own multiple recurring workstreams simultaneously, maintain sprint boards, flag issues proactively rather than reactively, and move fluidly between strategic program design and routine administrative execution in the same day.

  • Stakeholder trust and internal customer orientation, treating front-line reps, sales leaders, and cross-functional partners as internal customers and building credibility through responsiveness and follow-through.

Bonus points for:

  • Exposure to SPIFF or incentive program creation and administration beyond core comp-plan and target-setting work.

  • Familiarity with advanced Salesforce functionality beyond end-user use, such as updating duplicate settings, creating or modifying territories, or building custom reports.

  • Experience writing BRDs or functional specs for engineering or development teams.

  • Background operating as a generalist in a lean ops function with broad, undefined scope.

What is in it for you?

  • Direct ownership of a real operational portfolio spanning compensation, program governance, systems administration, and cross-functional project work, with visibility at the executive level.

  • A seat on Curri's AI-forward RevOps infrastructure, reporting to the Senior Director, Growth Operations, with the chance to build trusted relationships across sales leadership, front-line teams, GTM engineering, and Strategy & Operations.

  • Competitive salary, equity compensation, and comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, 401K).

  • Remote-friendly, with a strong preference for candidates based in Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zones.

  • A high-growth, mission-driven environment where your work has direct and measurable impact.
