Provides first-line customer service for payroll and timekeeping questions, manages payroll phone and email inquiries, logs issues, distributes reports, supports check distribution, completes employment verifications, assists with payroll audits and bi-weekly processing, and performs administrative duties.

Manages investor relations activities, including investor communications, earnings materials, presentations, conferences, roadshows, valuation analysis, stock tracking, and SEC-compliant disclosures. Partners with the CFO, VP of Finance, Public Relations, and executive staff to communicate company strategy, financial performance, and industry developments to investors and analysts. Leads SEC financial reporting, technical accounting, general ledger oversight, monthly close, SOX compliance, audits, and Board reporting. Oversees 10-K and 10-Q filings, ensures compliance with US GAAP and SEC requirements, drives accounting process improvements, identifies internal control issues, and provides leadership, coaching, and strategic guidance to the corporate accounting team and stakeholders.

Develop and maintain enterprise integration systems using WCF, .NET, BizTalk Server, SSIS, and related technologies. Responsibilities include designing, building, testing, deploying, troubleshooting, and optimizing integration applications and services. The role supports configuration management, continuous integration, production issue resolution, SDLC improvements, and effort estimation while translating business requirements into technical solutions and communicating with nontechnical stakeholders.
