Lead the Compass cloud engineering program: set technical vision and multi-year cloud roadmap, manage budget and vendors, allocate resources, define performance metrics, coach and grow staff, ensure security/compliance, and drive cloud-native infrastructure, data integration, and advanced analytics/AI capabilities across research and clinical systems.

Own and execute email and newsletter strategies to convert subscribers into bookings. Run growth experiments, A/B tests, segmentation and lifecycle campaigns.
