Review customer purchase orders and terms, identify non-standard/risky contract language, coordinate approvals with Legal/Finance/Sales/Pricing, verify pricing/terms/incoterms, ensure documentation completeness before ERP entry, act as gatekeeper between Sales and Order Management, track approvals, and maintain audit trails to reduce processing delays and downstream issues.
