Provide commercial legal support for dentsu's CXM practice including drafting and negotiating MSAs, SOWs, DPAs/BAAs, SaaS and data agreements; risk assessment; contract administration; client portfolio management; AI use‑case review and governance; training and implementation of best practices in IP, compliance, and data privacy.
