Remote full-time UX Designer I/II role contributing to cross-platform (desktop, mobile, web) product design. Responsibilities include user research, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, collaborating with PMs and developers, maintaining design systems, mentoring (II), and iterating designs based on analytics and stakeholder feedback.

Design and implement Eon's cloud backup solution for enterprise clients. Lead technical evaluations and POCs, advise on integration, deployment, and tracking strategies, onboard clients, produce technical content, gather feedback to inform product roadmap, and provide occasional onsite support.

Design, build, and operate an enterprise AI platform: automate provisioning with IaC, deploy zero-downtime cloud services, enforce security and observability, review code, mentor engineers, and participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.

Manage a portfolio of small-to-mid healthcare accounts to drive retention, adoption, upsell, and renewals using AI-driven, low-touch campaigns and CRM/campaign tools. Monitor health metrics, respond to inquiries, identify growth opportunities, and report on retention and expansion KPIs.

Lead end-to-end supply chain planning and SIOP process, align demand, supply, capacity, and financial plans, improve forecast accuracy, optimize inventory and working capital, drive APS and analytics transformation, partner with procurement and manufacturing, establish KPIs, and develop high-performing planning teams.
