At Entrepreneurs First (EF) we identify and invest in exceptional individuals. People with enormous potential, insatiable curiosity, who have challenged convention throughout their lives. We bring outliers together pre-team and pre-idea to develop their most ambitious ideas, give them a bridge to the Valley and raise money from the world’s best investors.

Once they arrive in SF, your job begins. You will deliver a 3 month program (“Launch”) that drastically accelerates how quickly companies launch their product, grow their user and customer-base, and raise their seed.

EF is backed by a global group of top-tier founders and investors, including John and Patrick Collison, Eric Schmidt, Charlie Songhurst, Sara Clemens, Mati Staniszewski, alongside leading institutional investors such as Greylock.

What you'll do

  1. Advise Founders

    • Advise up to 10 pre-seed founding teams per batch on how to build a product customers love, how to sell, grow their go-to-market and raise.

    • Display extreme ownership of your companies’ progress on Launch. You are responsible and accountable for their outcomes, with the sole goal of radically changing their arc.

    • Connect the companies you’re advising to customers, mentors and advisors as they land in SF.

  2. Advise Founders

    • Accelerate the companies’ trajectories and act as the driving force behind the EF program. You will have strong opinions on how to set the founders up for success, and take full ownership in planning, delivering and measuring the impact of your program.

    • Design and execute events, workshops, and speaker sessions to teach founders the fundamentals of how to sell, grow and fundraise.

    • Act as the main point of contact for advisors working with EF companies. This is a group of serial founders who have raised billions of dollars and meet the companies they’re advising every week.

  3. Own and grow your VC network

    • Facilitate high-value introductions to top VCs and angel investors, helping Founders expand their networks and secure funding.

    • Ensure that EF companies systematically reach the best and most relevant investors in the world.

    • Deeply understand what it means to fundraise. You will offer highly strategic & actionable advice to your teams as they run their raise.

Who you are
