At A GlanceWe're seeking a Strategic Partner Enablement Lead to spearhead the launch of innovative enablement programs across the Databricks and Snowflake partner ecosystems. This high-impact role sits at the crossroads of strategic partnerships, learning innovation, AI adoption, modern data platforms, and ecosystem growth.

Unlike mature partner programs, this role will establish foundational enablement strategies, stakeholder relationships, audience segmentation, learning pathways, and success frameworks for a growing data ecosystem portfolio. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building new programs from scratch, and understands how data engineers, analytics teams, AI practitioners, and technical decision-makers learn and adopt new technologies. Key objectives include:

  • Establish foundational partner enablement programs for Databricks and Snowflake.
  • Create scalable learning pathways for technical and business partner audiences.
  • Build strong internal and external stakeholder alignment.
  • Launch repeatable partner engagement frameworks and champion programs.
  • Create measurable readiness improvements across data platform partner communities.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as the primary enablement lead for Databricks and Snowflake partnerships.
  • Establish foundational enablement strategies, stakeholder relationships, governance processes, and operating rhythms.
  • Identify priority audiences across data engineering, analytics, machine learning, AI, and technical leadership functions.
  • Build trusted relationships with alliance leaders, technical communities, enablement teams, and partner executives.
  • Shape the long-term enablement vision for both partnerships.
  • Build the foundational enablement framework for Databricks and Snowflake partnerships.
  • Design role-based programs for data engineers, analytics engineers, data scientists, machine learning practitioners, and technical leaders.
  • Develop scalable enablement programs supporting lakehouse, data platform, AI, and analytics use cases.
  • Create role-based learning pathways for data engineers, analytics engineers, architects, machine learning practitioners, and business stakeholders.
  • Develop foundational workshops, technical bootcamps, champion programs, and scalable learning frameworks.
  • Translate customer use cases involving AI, analytics, data platforms, and lakehouse architectures into practical enablement content.
  • Establish repeatable enablement motions that can scale alongside growing partnerships.
  • Build readiness programs from the ground up.
  • Develop partner champions and internal advocates.
  • Align enablement activities to partnership growth objectives and ecosystem adoption goals.
  • Gather partner feedback and continuously refine learning strategies.
  • Establish partner champion networks and long-term community engagement strategies.
  • Continuously improve learning experiences based on participation, partner feedback, observed readiness, and strategic business impact.
What You'll Bring

Experience and Education:

  • Experience building new programs, functions, or strategic initiatives in environments where processes and playbooks were still being created.
  • Direct experience with data platform, lakehouse, or analytics ecosystem partnerships (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, or comparable data-native platforms) strongly preferred.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a track record of standing up net-new partner programs without an existing framework to follow.
  • Ability to manage two concurrent, early-stage partner relationships without losing momentum on either.
  • 8 or more years of experience in partner success, strategic partnerships, partner enablement, customer success, learning and development, consulting, or a related field within enterprise technology.
  • Experience designing and delivering learning or enablement programs for external partners, customer-facing teams, or enterprise technology audiences.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms, data ecosystems, enterprise software, or AI technologies, with the ability to learn new products and technical concepts quickly.
  • The ability to translate complex technical topics into relevant, accessible learning experiences for both technical and business audiences.
  • Experience partnering with sales, solutions architecture, product, customer success, alliances, and other cross-functional teams.

  • Strong facilitation, consulting, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build scalable enablement frameworks that support long-term partnership growth.
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholder groups and competing priorities.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure readiness, engagement, and program effectiveness.

  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with partners and align enablement plans to partnership strategies.
  • Drive participation across partner sales, technical, customer success, and leadership audiences.
  • Increase training attendance, workshop participation, certifications/badges, stakeholder engagement, and program reach.
  • Improve partner product knowledge, confidence, and readiness to support customer and technical use cases.
  • Deliver high-value enablement experiences that partner stakeholders view as responsive and aligned to business needs.
  • Provide internal teams with visibility into partner priorities, program performance, and improvement opportunities.
  • Contribute to stronger strategic partnerships, increased partner-led customer engagement, and partner-influenced business growth.
