Client-facing sales leader for the IMO annuity channel responsible for building and deepening distributor relationships, executing account-based strategies, meeting annuity sales goals, delivering presentations, managing territory activities and Salesforce data, coordinating with National Accounts and internal wholesalers, and traveling extensively to support and grow assigned accounts.

Manage consultant and employee scheduling in Unanet/PSA, assign resources to projects based on skills and availability, reconcile project budgets and hours, create reports, coordinate client project launches, and forecast monthly revenue and variances.

Lead mechanical design of complex products from concept through production. Create and validate 3D models and drawings, perform FEA/CFD and other analyses, mentor engineers, manage projects, oversee prototyping, testing, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver manufacturable, reliable designs.

Own the Real-Time Prescription Benefits and Pharmacy Alternatives product line end-to-end. Translate NCPDP standards into engineering-ready specs, ensure formulary/copay and benefit-check data accuracy and low latency, partner with Engineering, Compliance, Clinical, and payer/PBM partners, define success metrics, use AI tools to accelerate work, and represent the product in cross-functional and executive planning.
