What are some social events your company does?
Pinnacol plans our larger annual events, such as our holiday party, Halloween parade and summer picnic. We also plan our monthly and weekly events, such as weekly fitness classes (yoga, pilates etc), and monthly paint & sip class, book club etc. Many of our teams are very active in the community and plan volunteer events together!

What projects are you most excited about?
I’m most excited to be executing on Pinnacol’s vision for an enterprise cloud data platform. Pinnacol is committed to transforming its business with a modern tech stack. I enjoy collaborating with many smart minds to execute on this project. Recently, I have been iterating on a cloud-based solution for scheduling and monitoring our data workflows.
How does the company support your career growth?
They focus on me as an individual and cater learning objects to my needs. The Learning Development team offers a variety of resources to help me achieve any goal from curated online learning content, book clubs, hosting Leadercast, leadership development content, job training etc. They have a robust tuition reimbursement and certification bonuses!

How would you describe the company’s work-life balance?
Pinnacol works hard to maintain a strong work-life balance for our team members. We allow 1-2 days per week work from home, and flexibility in schedules. We coach leadership to be understanding of different employee situations.
