Provide legal and compliance support for a growing insurance organization: manage corporate governance and entity records, prepare and track insurer and individual licensing across jurisdictions, own filing deadlines, improve compliance processes, advise internal stakeholders, assist with drafting policies and documents, coordinate non-claims litigation with outside counsel, and monitor insurance regulatory developments.

Provide end-to-end commercial legal support: draft and negotiate revenue-critical agreements, handle complex deals, build legal templates and AI-enabled tooling, support corporate governance, compliance (privacy, export), IP, employment, vendor matters, and assist with fundraising and M&A as needed. Partner closely with sales, finance, product, and operations.

Administer and optimize Transfr's IT environment for a distributed workforce: endpoint management, onboarding/offboarding, hardware procurement, software/MDM/RMM/VPN administration, help desk support, training, and IT projects to scale operations.

Set goals and success metrics, partner with Product, remove technical and organizational blockers, drive engineering excellence (code quality, testing, CI/CD, observability, IaC), guide architecture decisions, coach engineering managers, and support hiring to improve organizational performance and business outcomes.

Create, audit, and maintain internal and external CX content and knowledge bases (Salesforce preferred). Translate processes into user-friendly guides, manage content requests, develop team macros, and coordinate with Product, Marketing, Legal, and CX leadership to ensure accurate, consistent, brand-aligned customer support resources.

Sell Jamf Whole Product Experience across a geographic territory by managing full sales cycles, building account plans, engaging executive stakeholders and partners, driving adoption and renewal, forecasting in Salesforce, and collaborating with internal teams to meet or exceed quarterly quotas.

Own full-cycle enterprise sales into community-based care organizations: prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close deals. Build pipeline, run discovery and tailored demos, manage complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, maintain CRM accuracy, transition closed accounts to implementation, and inform GTM strategy and territory priorities.

Provide welcoming visitor services, sell tickets and memberships, manage group and field trip reservations, and handle call center inquiries. Support donor acknowledgment, process membership materials, document visitor feedback, and assist with special projects and racial equity initiatives. Weekend and some evening availability required; Spanish fluency preferred.

Provide front-line onsite and remote IT support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and enterprise applications. Troubleshoot hardware, OS, software, network, VPN, and printer issues; log and manage tickets in ITSM tools; assist with OS installs, patching, endpoint protection, onboarding/offboarding, asset management, and documentation under mentorship.

Lead full-cycle recruiting and talent strategy for engineering, manufacturing, operations, sales, and corporate roles. Build scalable processes, ATS systems, employer branding, hiring manager partnerships, onboarding support, and reporting on recruiting metrics to support BYLD's rapid growth and hiring quality.
