Lead and develop a team of Sales Specialists to drive growth in higher education disciplines. Provide coaching, field support, cross-functional coordination with Marketing and Editorial, sales strategy execution, forecasting, and market feedback. Travel frequently to support sales meetings, conferences, and training; manage hiring, training, and performance of direct reports.

Lead technical onboarding and ongoing support for remote connectivity at dental practices. Configure and troubleshoot VPNs, Splashtop, remote desktop, printers/scanners, and network authentication. Manage implementations, validate connectivity and integrations, coordinate with clients and third-party IT, escalate complex issues, document processes, and contribute to improvements in remote access infrastructure and automation.

Develop and maintain collaborative demand and master production schedules in Jabil's ERP/MRP system, align materials and capacity with demand, forecast revenue, monitor planning metrics, coordinate shipments with customers and operations, and drive continuous improvement to meet customer expectations.
