The Director of Business Development will drive growth in the AI ecosystem through strategic partnerships, client engagement, market analysis, and collaboration, aiming to expand TaskUs's footprint in AI services.

The Business Development Representative will generate leads, manage inside sales, and drive business development for IT services, focusing on client relationships and market expansion.

Design and implement gameplay systems; develop, modify, and debug gameplay code (C/C++); deploy, optimize, and test on PC; collaborate with art, design, audio, and QA; document features and participate in code reviews.

Act as the JD-systems bridge: establish client trust in AI, support commercial sales, design legal decision workflows, and lead evaluation teams of paralegals/nurse consultants to validate audit-ready AI outputs.

Own and grow strategic partnerships with non-gaming mobile app publishers to drive monetization via Nimbus. Prospect, close deals, manage publisher relationships, advise on mediation/SDK/onboarding/RTB strategy, collaborate cross-functionally, monitor performance, and represent Nimbus at industry events to maximize publisher revenue and platform adoption.

Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, deliver comprehensive financial planning (retirement, wealth accumulation, protection, estate, business planning), identify planning opportunities, build referral networks and centers of influence, leverage CRM and planning technology, and mentor/build teams while pursuing leadership and succession planning.

Remote full-time senior closer selling a 4-6 month done-with-you consulting program to Amazon brand owners. Run discovery and Brand Analysis calls, present technical growth strategies, manage pipeline, maintain Pipedrive CRM and KPIs, and consistently close deals at a 35%+ rate. Participate in training, call reviews, and pursue leadership paths for top performers.

Lead the vision and roadmap for the Literacy/ELA product line, mentor one direct report, partner with Engineering, UX, Marketing, and Sales, conduct discovery and market analysis, prioritize investments by impact and ROI, monitor adoption/revenue/customer satisfaction, contribute to annual planning and budgets, and represent the product line in leadership discussions.

Serve as a board director responsible for philanthropy, ambassadorial outreach, governance, fiduciary oversight, committee service, and strategic guidance. Make a personal annual gift, engage networks to raise major donations, attend quarterly meetings (Denver) and the national conference, and contribute roughly 15-25 hours per quarter plus committee work.

Provide remote administrative support including email and calendar management, scheduling, data entry, document creation, client communication, project coordination, basic research, and optional social media tasks to ensure timely task completion and clear stakeholder updates.
