Precision Plumbing, Heating & Air is a residential plumbing, heating, air conditioning and electrical service company based in Boulder, Colorado and has been in business since 1982. We are looking to bring on several full-time members to be on our team. No experience required, but experience can provide opportunities for higher pay and management opportunities! Paid training included. We have a on-site training facility with paid and/or reimbursement programs for licensing and schooling. This is a professional business. Hourly compensation with bonus incentive included. 

Position Summary
As an Insulation Sales Representative, you'll help homeowners understand what's actually 
happening in their walls, attic, or crawlspace, and recommend the right insulation solution to fix 
it. Most people don't think about insulation until their energy bill spikes or a room never feels 
quite right, and you're the one who helps them figure out why. It's a growing line of business 
with real opportunity to build a lasting sales career.

Key Responsibilities
• Respond to, qualify, and manage insulation leads, and generate new business through 
outbound efforts, cross-selling, and canvassing
• Represent the company at home shows, community events, and other outreach activities
• Conduct property assessments to identify insulation needs and recommend appropriate 
solutions based on customer goals and budget
• Prepare detailed estimates and proposals, negotiate with customers, and close sales
• Serve as liaison with technicians and field managers, providing clear job handoff 
documentation
• Maintain accurate leads, proposals, and customer communication in CRM
• Foster long-term relationships with clients, contractors, and partners, and submit regular 
reports on pipeline status and sales forecasts

Qualifications

Requirements

Education
• High school diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
Experience
• 2-3+ years of proven success in B2C or B2B sales, ideally within construction, home 
improvement, HVAC, or insulation
• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite required
• Familiarity with estimating software used in construction or insulation preferred

Licenses/Certifications
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Strong consultative selling and communication skills
• Ability to identify customer needs and translate them into value-based solutions
• Self-driven, organized, and effective at managing a mixed sales pipeline

Physical Demands and Conditions
• Must be able to climb ladders and navigate attics, crawlspaces, and other tight spaces
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally

Work Environment/Travel
• Blend of office work, in-home sales visits, and event-based outreach
• Travel required within the local service area
Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
