Role and Team

  • As an Outside Sales Representative, you will establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships by understanding customer needs and providing the customer with the right mix of ADESA products and services to meet those needs. As a trusted business partner, you’ll suggest an individualized program of solutions tailored to each customer. You will contribute to our business growth in an innovative atmosphere, as a valued member of our ADESA community.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads and close deals
  • Effectively execute ADESA’s Dealer Sales strategy
  • Prospect, upsell, and manage accounts to ensure growth in vehicles sold and purchased
  • Engage with customers and employees in a transparent, reliable, and positive manner

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • College education preferred
  • Proven success in outside b2b sales
  • Territory management experience
  • Automotive experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
  • Confidentiality and integrity while handling sensitive information
  • Proven ability to manage deliverables and metrics against aggressive targets and timelines
  • Proficiency with computer systems and applications
  • Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license that meets requirement
