Own the full sales cycle for Samsara’s IoT solutions among mid-market public-sector customers. Responsibilities include executive relationship development, prospecting, qualification, solution-based selling, complex pricing negotiations, proof-of-concept management, forecasting, and closing deals ranging from $20,000 to $250,000. The role is fully remote in the United States and requires travel for onsite meetings up to twice per quarter.

Build and scale backend security platform services, including authentication, authorization, identity infrastructure, permission systems, and data models. Lead cross-team technical initiatives, standardize security solutions, collaborate with compliance and mission stakeholders, and influence architecture and engineering standards. The role requires strong system design, backend development, security expertise, technical leadership, and the ability to operate in sensitive environments.

Supports IT compliance across SOX ITGC/ITAC, SOC 1, SOC 2, and ISO 27001. Leads control testing, audit coordination, risk assessments, gap remediation, and evidence collection. Identifies opportunities to automate compliance workflows using scripting, RPA, GRC platforms, and AI technologies. Builds an automation roadmap, measures efficiency gains, documents controls, and advises stakeholders on compliance requirements and emerging technologies.

Supports a portfolio of commercial B2B SaaS customers by monitoring technical health, resolving bounded integration questions, improving platform adoption, and identifying renewal risks. Creates scalable enablement resources, including academy content, help articles, videos, workshops, and webinars. Partners with Customer Success, Product, and Education teams; documents issues, participates in UAT, supports AI-powered compliance workflows, and escalates complex technical problems.

Leads technical relationships with strategic partners across pre-sales and post-sales activities. Develops joint go-to-market strategies, enables partner technical champions, supports solution discovery and proof-of-concepts, and drives adoption of Cloudflare One, Zero Trust, and AI solutions. Owns technical account plans, partner service delivery readiness, joint managed-service offerings, architectural health, performance metrics, and product feedback initiatives.

Own three to five concurrent cross-functional programs spanning Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, Operations, and Go-to-Market. Diagnose and redesign workflows, perform data-driven analysis, coordinate dependencies, communicate recommendations to leadership, and transition completed initiatives to permanent owners. Support FP&A, Deal Desk, business operations analytics, QBRs, and leadership offsites.

Own and grow strategic consumer fintech partnerships, serving as the primary relationship owner and executive contact. Develop partnership strategies, identify expansion opportunities, lead partner reviews, analyze performance data, support renewals and renegotiations, and resolve escalations. Coordinate Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Corporate Development teams to execute partnership initiatives and improve product capabilities, economics, scalability, and customer outcomes.

Provides temporary administrative and data support to the People Team during an HRIS transition. Responsibilities include entering and updating employee information, organizing data, cleaning and validating records, preparing spreadsheets and reports, identifying discrepancies, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting migration-related projects. The role is remote, limited to up to 10 hours per week, and expected to conclude by December 31, 2026.

Own and deliver engineering onboarding across North America and EMEA, including technical learning, hands-on programming, onboarding plans, and community building. Partner with Engineering, Developer Productivity, SRE, Security, Architecture, Product, and corporate teams to create credible content covering AI-assisted development, testing, deployment, observability, and production support. Coordinate cohort logistics, gather feedback, and continuously improve onboarding operations and experiences.

Provides onsite desktop and IT support by diagnosing hardware and software issues, supporting Windows and Mac endpoints, deploying and maintaining devices, managing software licensing and inventory, documenting solutions, resolving service tickets, coordinating with vendors, and assisting users remotely or in person. The role requires three years of desktop support experience, after-hours on-call participation, and strong knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, Office 365, SCCM, and desktop operating systems.
