The Partner Marketing Lead will develop and execute partnership marketing strategies and integrated campaigns for Bright Harbor, focusing on disaster recovery and collaborating with various stakeholders to create impactful narratives.

Create technical and contingency documentation, support system installations, and troubleshoot mission-site equipment. Periodic travel is required.

Provides hands-on technical leadership for HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development, Storyline builds, responsive design, accessibility, QA, coding standards, and troubleshooting. Champions AI-assisted coding workflows, evaluates tools and frameworks, collaborates with design and project teams, and supports hiring, onboarding, and developer growth.

Provides administrative and operational support for a nonprofit Indigenous stewardship network. Responsibilities include office and records management, scheduling, correspondence, financial administration, donor and grant support, HR assistance, program logistics, communications, board governance, and compliance. Requires nonprofit or comparable administrative experience, preferably with Tribal or Native organizations, plus proficiency with Microsoft Suite and experience processing invoices and reconciling bank statements.

Leads and scales Crux’s partnerships program across referral, product-enabled, and research initiatives. Manages institutional relationships, partner acquisition, enablement, commercial agreements, platform adoption, events, and thought leadership. Builds scalable operating infrastructure, attribution models, and performance metrics while coordinating across product, research, legal, commercial, content, events, and operations teams. Leads four direct reports and expands the partnership organization.

Own and build GrowthX’s accounting function, including monthly, quarterly, and annual close, GAAP-compliant reporting, AR and collections, AP oversight, revenue recognition, financial systems, equity administration, tax coordination, treasury support, controls, and audit readiness. The role will transition bookkeeping and AP from an outsourced provider in-house, manage complex subscription and services revenue, improve aging receivables, and establish scalable accounting processes for a remote-first SaaS company.

Lead corporate legal matters, including governance, commercial contracting, regulatory compliance, privacy, fintech transactions, employment issues, intellectual property, and corporate transactions. Draft and negotiate agreements, advise product and cross-functional teams, manage outside counsel, support fundraising and M&A, maintain corporate records, and improve legal compliance processes. The role is remote during CST/EST hours with periodic travel to New York City.

Own the technical relationship for Everbridge 360 AI customers, overseeing deployments, platform adoption, configuration, integrations, governance, documentation, and optimization. Support business continuity and resiliency programs, lead stakeholder meetings and QBRs, track adoption KPIs, provide administrator training, and serve as the primary escalation point. Collaborate with Account Management, Product, Engineering, and Support to improve customer outcomes, satisfaction, and retention.

Develops commercial lending and deposit business, manages client portfolios, underwrites and structures loans, evaluates creditworthiness, ensures regulatory and documentation compliance, prices banking products, and builds relationships with clients and community contacts. Collaborates with credit, treasury management, capital markets, wealth, and retail teams while providing superior client service and cross-selling banking solutions.
