The Technical Account Manager (TAM) is the primary technical point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned Everbridge 360 AI Prepare customers. Reporting into Technical Account Management, the TAM owns the technical relationship, platform adoption, governance, and ongoing optimization of the Everbridge 360 AI Prepare solution. 

The TAM acts as an extension of the customer’s business continuity team and serves as the customer advocate within Everbridge, coordinating across Account Management, Product, and Engineering to drive long-term customer success and retention. 

What you'll do:

    • Own the technical customer relationship for assigned Everbridge accounts. 

    • Provide oversight and management of deployments, platform adoption, and ongoing technical operations. 

    • Design and configure customer environments, including hierarchy, workflows, data models, and integrations. 

    • Produce and maintain technical documentation, including Interface Control Documents (ICDs). 

    • Support Business Impact Analysis (BIA) execution and resiliency program maturity. 

    • Establish and lead customer governance, including stakeholder meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). 

    • Define and track adoption and satisfaction KPIs; develop action plans to drive continuous improvement. 

    • Deliver administrator onboarding, training, and platform enablement. 

    • Serve as the primary technical escalation point and customer advocate within Everbridge. 

    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Management, Product, Engineering, and Support teams. 

What you'll bring:

    • 4–7 years in a technical, customer-facing role (TAM, Professional Services, Solutions Architect, Implementation). 

    • Experience with Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Emergency Management, or related disciplines. 

    • Strong SaaS administration, data integration, and system configuration experience. 

    • Proven ability to manage multiple customers and competing priorities independently. 

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level interactions. 

    • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and stakeholder management skills. 

    • Nice to have: HTML, JavaScript, or advanced reporting experience. 

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Everbridge ranges from $118,000 - $125,000 and may also include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
