Coordinates transition plans, catalog ingestion, metadata validation, rights and royalty transfers, registrations, CWR deliveries, and remediation across PROs, sub-publishers, and digital endpoints. Serves as the operational contact for partners and sellers while collaborating with M&A, Royalties, Legal, Finance, and Business Affairs. Tracks risks, deadlines, registration completeness, pipeline income, and process improvements across multiple concurrent transitions.

Leads SAFe execution and technical program integration across multiple Agile Release Trains and mission-critical workstreams. Facilitates PI Planning, ART synchronization, dependency and risk management, release coordination, roadmapping, Jira and Confluence reporting, and IOC readiness. Aligns engineering, software, cloud, cybersecurity, DevSecOps, test, operational, and government stakeholders while driving delivery predictability, continuous improvement, configuration management, and capability deployment in classified defense and space environments.

Own the technical strategy and execution of strategic partner integrations. Design, build, support, and govern secure integrations with transportation management systems, load boards, financial data providers, and other partners. Lead technical onboarding, translate business requirements into solutions, troubleshoot performance issues, document architectures and data flows, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Partnerships. The role also coordinates with appraisers, remarketers, internal stakeholders, and management while ensuring compliance with credit policies, lease standards, and audit requirements.

Designs and implements AI and NPC gameplay features for multiplayer, shooter, and live-service games. Responsibilities include prototyping and iterating in Unreal Engine 5, documenting and owning features, collaborating with engineering, art, and production, implementing assets, managing JIRA work, participating in playtests, and resolving design issues. Requires experience shipping PC or console games, Unreal Engine expertise, strong communication, and the ability to present and refine design concepts.
