The Strategic Account Executive will drive new business by sourcing and closing major accounts, developing sales strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure success, all while achieving revenue targets.

Maintains engineering, vendor, and supplier project documents and records. Manages transmittals, document routing, drawing lists, project folders, job books, document-sharing sites, and document status reports. Performs quality assurance and quality control on project documents and drawings, coordinates with project teams and clients, and supports document submissions and tracking. This is an in-office role with no travel or supervisory responsibility.

Lead the architecture and development of a multi-RAT Open RAN digital twin supporting LTE and 5G NR simulation. Integrate production MAC and scheduler software with PHY, channel, UE, traffic, mobility, interference, and network models. Build fidelity tiers, AI/ML evaluation pipelines, reproducible experiments, calibration and validation practices, automated testing, and CI/CD workflows. Improve simulation scalability and reliability while collaborating across wireless, PHY, AI/ML, software, and lab-validation teams.

Lead Arch Insurance North America’s Surety Underwriting Group by setting strategy, managing underwriting performance, driving profitable growth, developing talent, ensuring regulatory compliance, and representing the organization with customers, agents, brokers, and other stakeholders. Evaluate renewals, new business, actuarial trends, reinsurance, market opportunities, and product applications while optimizing resources across the business unit.

Engineer and support enterprise Windows, virtualization, storage, backup, and datacenter infrastructure across multiple environments. Responsibilities include designing and implementing systems, managing virtualization clusters, configuring storage and disaster recovery solutions, supporting high-availability platforms, troubleshooting escalated infrastructure issues, documenting architectures, collaborating with networking and security teams, and mentoring colleagues.
