Lead and improve company-wide operations by developing processes, driving automation, coordinating cross-functional projects, building KPI dashboards, managing workforce planning, and ensuring compliance and quality across service delivery to support growth.

Serve as the senior escalation point for complex issues on Scotchs Android POS platform and hardware. Diagnose software and hardware faults, analyze logs and network configs, support customers and Engineering to reproduce and resolve issues, maintain documentation and KB articles, assist with releases and hardware testing, and participate in on-call rotations for critical incidents.
