As a member of the customer experience team, I've had the honor of helping customers bring their memories to life in the most meaningful ways. The fast-paced, collaborative environment at AU has allowed me to grow both personally and professionally.

At Artifact Uprising, my role blends passion and purpose, weaving storytelling and memory preservation into our customers' lives. AU allows me to collaborate with inspiring creatives that foster an inspiring environment in our storytelling journey.

My job allows me to create meaningful work & drive forward a brand and mission that I am deeply passionate about. Doing this work alongside inspiring, collaborative teams is both rewarding and exciting. I feel so thankful to have found this company!

Liking what you do and who you do it with isn't just a preference; it's the cornerstone of a fulfilling career. Working at AU I have been able to find joy in both of those areas and it has allowed my work to be more than just job.

What stands out to me is the people. The A|U team exudes positivity and enthusiasm, and their passion for our work is infectious. Everyone I interact with is not only professional but also genuinely friendly, which has created a fun and enjoyable work environment.

I was looking for a change when I found Artifact Uprising and jumped on board as a seasonal holiday employee. Since then, I’ve had the pleasure to grow with the company on our Customer Experience Team and more recently on our People Operations Team.

At Artifact Uprising we rally around our shared business goals. As a result, we have cross-departmental teams that determine how we achieve those goals. These groups become incredibly collaborative and spur conversations that have an impact on the business far outside the anticipated outcome.

In Operations, we pride ourselves on being positive, yet realistic, to ensure that everyone across the organization understands what is feasible from a production standpoint while also challenging ourselves through innovation. We drive change by ensuring we are subject matter experts on our production processes & our long-term Operational strategy.

I joined AU following a career change and have since had the opportunity to learn about all aspects of the business, from customer service, to digital product, to growth and marketing. It’s been fun and exciting to be a part of such a fast-growing business and tight-knit team. I feel appreciated for my hard work and look forward to what's ahead!
