How do you collaborate with other teams in the company?
At Artifact Uprising we rally around our shared business goals. As a result, we have cross-departmental teams that determine how we achieve those goals. These groups become incredibly collaborative and spur conversations that have an impact on the business far outside the anticipated outcome.
How has your career grown since starting at the company?
I was looking for a change when I found Artifact Uprising and jumped on board as a seasonal holiday employee. Since then, I’ve had the pleasure to grow with the company on our Customer Experience Team and more recently on our People Operations Team.

How do you empower your team to be more creative?
By encouraging them to find inspiration outside of the 4 walls of our office. We aim to be conscious observers of what’s happening in other visual areas: fashion, interior design, illustration, fine art, etc, to reinvigorate our creative energy.
How does the company support your career growth?
I joined AU following a career change and have since had the opportunity to learn about all aspects of the business, from customer service, to digital product, to growth and marketing. It’s been fun and exciting to be a part of such a fast-growing business and tight-knit team. I feel appreciated for my hard work and look forward to what's ahead!
