You’ll own our email and SMS programs, including campaign strategy, automated journeys, segmentation, personalization, testing and win-back. You’ll partner closely with Customer Experience, Analytics, Creative and Brand to bring the voice of the customer into our marketing and deepen the relationship beyond promotional messaging.
At the heart of this role is a simple question: Are we giving the customer a clear reason to care and engage?
That means understanding the person on the other side of the message: what they’ve created with us, what might matter to them now, and how Artifact Uprising can show up in a way that feels relevant, thoughtful and worth their attention.
