Temporary 6-month HR Administrative Coordinator responsible for onboarding and offboarding, leading in-person new hire orientation, maintaining HR systems and employee files, supporting HR Business Partners and global employee inquiries, auditing HR data for compliance, and collaborating with Recruiting, IT, Legal, and Workplace teams to improve HR processes.

Lead a global Order Management team owning post-signature booking, contract lifecycle, ASC 606 compliance, Quote-to-Cash execution, Salesforce/CPQ optimization, ARR tracking, SOX-ready documentation, and cross-functional process automation.

Lead architecture and design of CIAM and IAM solutions across customer, partner, and workforce use cases. Define reference architectures, integration patterns, and identity data models. Guide implementations (Okta, Auth0, Entra ID, cloud, CRM, ITSM), ensure security, scalability, compliance, and mentor teams while producing roadmaps and standards.

Lead pre-sales technical engagements for enterprise storage solutions: assess customer needs, design architectures, run evaluations/benchmarks, deliver technical presentations, win technical approvals, author RFP/RFI responses, collaborate with sales, product, and marketing, and maintain competitive and product knowledge to drive revenue and new business.

Lead nationwide formwork construction projects delivering scope, schedule, budget, risk and team management. Apply Doka project standards, prepare calculations with DokaCalc, produce status reports, manage contracts/claims, and drive project closeout. Fully remote with occasional travel and stakeholder coordination.

Lead product analytics to improve user growth, engagement, retention, and revenue. Design and analyze A/B and multivariate experiments, perform funnel/cohort analyses, maintain KPIs and dashboards, ensure event tracking, leverage ML and AI tools for advanced analyses, and translate insights into product recommendations across cross-functional teams.
