8-month Strategic Account Manager (SAM) training program preparing candidates for Account Manager roles. Support governance, risk and compliance by collecting and managing audit evidence, document control implementations, update policies, assist vendor risk management, and complete security questionnaires while implementing automation (including AI) to streamline continuous monitoring and evidence collection.

Lead strategy, planning, and execution of virtual and in-person customer events, hacking challenges, and community programs for Strategic Accounts. Build playbooks, deliver trainings, manage escalations, and optimize partner workflows to embed Silvur’s retirement platform at scale.

Lead strategic direction and operational execution of procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier management, and subcontract administration. Build and scale procurement organization, ensure FAR/DFARS and other government compliance, drive supplier diversification, negotiation of high-value agreements, CPSR readiness, and cross-functional alignment to support DoD aerospace programs.
