Serve as primary contact for a portfolio of Debt Settlement Providers, leading regular touchpoints and monthly performance presentations. Provide hands-on development, establish schema standards, implement automated testing and CI/CD workflows, coordinate with cybersecurity/RMF for accreditation, and mentor a small CDS-focused engineering team to ensure secure, performant cross-domain data transformation.

Support governance, risk and compliance by collecting and managing audit evidence, document control implementations, update policies, assist vendor risk management, and complete security questionnaires while implementing automation (including AI) to streamline continuous monitoring and evidence collection.

Lead strategy, planning, and execution of virtual and in-person customer events, hacking challenges, and community programs for Strategic Accounts. Lead strategic direction and operational execution of procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier management, and subcontract administration. Build and scale procurement organization, ensure FAR/DFARS and other government compliance, drive supplier diversification, negotiation of high-value agreements, CPSR readiness, and cross-functional alignment to support DoD aerospace programs.

Lead institutional marketing strategy targeting asset managers, RIAs, family offices, and wealth platforms. Create institutional content (white papers, case studies, presentations, emails), run ABM and email programs, build thought leadership, align with Sales and Product, track marketing performance tied to pipeline and revenue, and monitor competitive and industry trends.
