Provides executive-level client influence, governs integrations and data foundations, evaluates AI applicability, and supports critical engagements through solution design and recovery.

Leads requirements gathering, process design, gap analysis, user story development, workflow modeling, and UAT for federal ServiceNow implementations. Advises government stakeholders on scalable, compliant solutions while coordinating with architects, Agile teams, and developers. Reviews requirements and functional designs, establishes delivery processes, mentors junior staff, and produces federal-grade SOPs, guides, training materials, and test documentation. Ensures alignment with ServiceNow best practices, Section 508, FISMA, and NIST controls.

Advises first- and second-year business students on academic success and supports career readiness for students. Assists with internships, resumes, interview preparation, and job applications while collaborating with faculty, staff, families, community members, and university Career Services. Maintains professionalism, prioritizes multiple tasks, follows institutional procedures, and uses Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software.

Leads the strategy, architecture, development, deployment, monitoring, and optimization of an agentic AI platform. Transforms products, processes, and workflows into scalable AI-enabled capabilities; establishes standards for performance, security, governance, and reliability; evaluates models and orchestration frameworks; partners cross-functionally on technical roadmaps; and builds and mentors high-performing engineering teams.

Own complex, multi-team technical programs from inception through sustained operation. Partner with engineering leadership on architecture, integrations, dependencies, requirements, delivery forecasting, and operational excellence. Use AI copilots, automation, and analytics to improve planning, backlog refinement, reporting, risk identification, stakeholder communication, and retrospectives. Mentor TPMs on AI-augmented workflows while maintaining appropriate human oversight.

Owns the go-to-market technology stack and drives adoption across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Channel, and Professional Services. Responsibilities include Salesforce and GTM platform administration, workflow integration, AI-driven automation, revenue operations enablement, systems governance, process optimization, and cross-functional technical leadership. The role improves pipeline velocity, forecasting, retention, expansion, operational efficiency, and user productivity through scalable systems and enablement.

Own sales forecasting, pipeline and performance analytics, GTM planning, sales compensation strategy, and revenue reporting. Partner with senior Revenue, Sales, Marketing, and Finance leaders to identify risks, evaluate scenarios, improve forecast accuracy, and translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations. This senior individual contributor role requires autonomy, executive communication, and expertise in SaaS revenue operations, Salesforce, sales compensation, quota planning, and pipeline management.
