Own Americas product marketing strategy for Mitel’s UC, collaboration, contact center, and vertical solutions portfolio. Lead positioning, messaging, go-to-market planning, launch sequencing, audience segmentation, channel strategy, and success metrics. Serve as a public-facing spokesperson for press, analysts, partners, customers, and industry events. Align Product, Engineering, Sales, Channel, and Marketing teams while providing competitive insights for pricing, packaging, bundling, and global strategy. Mentor product and vertical marketing managers.

Lead end-to-end implementations of Nuvei payment solutions within Sage 100 and other ERP platforms.
