The Customer Success Manager will manage client relationships from onboarding to ongoing support, ensuring satisfaction and timely delivery of projects.

Provide internal IT support for a Microsoft-based environment, including help desk assistance, Microsoft 365 administration, account and access management, onboarding and offboarding, device preparation, endpoint configuration, asset tracking, security practices, and vendor coordination. Responsibilities include developing sales strategy, managing pipelines, leading capture and qualification activities, building government executive relationships, supporting proposals and negotiations, and expanding partnerships with system integrators, technology vendors, and small-business partners. The role sells consulting and technology services, requires strong state procurement knowledge, and involves 25–50% regional travel.

Provides high-level administrative and executive support to assigned clients, including inbox and calendar management, scheduling, correspondence, research, data entry, social media management, expense reporting, meeting coordination, and project organization. Serves as the primary client contact, maintains proactive communication, tracks billable hours, manages recurring tasks, and supports timely project completion. The role requires autonomous work, strong organization, responsiveness, and availability during client business hours.

Designs, builds, deploys, and supports full-stack enterprise applications using Databricks and Azure. Develops user interfaces, backend logic, APIs, workflows, secure write-back, reporting, forecasting, planning, and operational tools. Integrates enterprise platforms including SAP, Salesforce, and Power BI. Partners with business, data, and analytics teams, supports production applications, and establishes delivery standards while coordinating offshore development resources.

Provides cradle-to-grave government contract negotiation and administration for proposals, contracts, OTAs, grants, and cooperative agreements. Reviews RFPs, identifies risks, ensures compliance with solicitation and regulatory requirements, negotiates terms, advises research and project teams, maintains client relationships, and signs proposals and contractual documents within established authority. The role requires extensive government contracting experience, knowledge of FAR and DFARS, and eligibility for a TS/SCI clearance.

Leads large-scale HRMS modernization and implementation programs from planning through stabilization. Manages PMO governance, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, stakeholders, vendors, HR system integration, data migration, testing, go-live, change management, training, and adoption. Ensures alignment with business objectives, federal regulations, privacy requirements, FedRAMP, and cybersecurity standards while coordinating HR, payroll, IT, executives, and implementation partners.

Leads ADL’s public affairs strategy addressing antisemitism across political and civic ecosystems. Builds relationships with officials, advocacy networks, allies, and influencers; leads issue campaigns and municipal engagements; coordinates cross-functional teams; supports rapid responses to political and policy developments; and translates emerging information into actionable advocacy. The role requires political ecosystem expertise, persuasive communication, knowledge of antisemitism and anti-Zionism, campaign or policy experience, and understanding of 501(c)(3) political activity restrictions.
