About Location3

Most agencies are built for one brand talking to one audience. We are built for brands that grow through local operators, where the marketing has to work in hundreds of different local markets at once and the people spending the budget are independent owners rather than a corporate team. That is a harder problem, and it is the one we have spent twenty five years on. We also build LOCALACT, the platform those owners use to run their own local marketing.

The opportunity

We are bringing IT in house. You would support our Microsoft-based environment and be the internal contact for everything technology.

Help desk, accounts and access, new hire setup and offboarding, and coordination with our external IT partners.

What you will own

● Internal IT support and help desk. Primary contact for employee requests across hardware, software, account access, Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook and connectivity, escalating complex matters to external partners

● Microsoft 365 administration and user access. User profiles, mailboxes, distribution groups, Teams access, SharePoint permissions, Entra ID, and license assignment against role-based access procedures

● New hire setup and offboarding. Account creation, device preparation, first-day readiness, and on exit disabling accounts, removing access and recovering equipment

● Systems, security and vendor coordination. Routine maintenance, endpoint configuration, asset tracking, secure practice, and coordination with managed service providers and telecom vendors

● Documentation and process improvement. Internal IT documentation, user guides and checklists, and standardizing onboarding, offboarding and help desk processes

How you will be measured

Ticket response and resolution time. Provisioning and offboarding completed on schedule, with access removed on the day someone leaves. License assignment accuracy against headcount, and reduction in recurring issues through documentation.

What we are looking for

● Two or more years in IT support, help desk or Microsoft 365 administration. Microsoft certification required or expected within a defined period after hire. Intune, Defender, Purview, PowerShell or Microsoft Graph a plus

● Understands that removing access on the day someone leaves is a security control, not an errand

● Wants to be the internal technology seat and own it end to end, escalating rather than struggling alone

Where you will work

This is a Denver-based remote role. You will be asked into our Glendale office a couple of times a month for in-person collaboration. There is no fixed schedule. Our office is at 720 South Colorado Boulevard, Glendale, Colorado.

Compensation and benefits

$63,500 to $85,000 base depending on experience. This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Eligible for the annual company bonus, paid on company performance.

Medical, dental and vision cover. A 401(k) with company match. Wellbeing stipends, paid time off, and support for remote working.

Hiring timeline

Applications are open now and close at 5.00pm Mountain Time on Monday 12 October 2026.

We review every application that week and will be in touch by Friday 16 October if we would like to take your application further. Interviews take place the week of 19 October and are held in person at our Glendale office.
