Maintain content calendars, perform light editing/proofreading, compile analytics snapshots, and ensure timely delivery across editorial and client campaigns.

Own and improve security posture, design and maintain scalable AWS infrastructure with Terraform, embed with product teams to bake security into CI/CD, operate containerized workloads, and participate in on-call incident response to ensure resilient, high-volume browser rendering services.

Manage day-to-day operations and account management for Earn (marketplace) partners. Launch and update partners by coordinating cross-functional teams (Creative, Legal, Compliance). Design and optimize Auth0 architecture, add operational telemetry, debug production issues, migrate custom databases to Auth0 best practices, write and debug Auth0 Actions/Rules/Hooks or middleware, author technical documentation, and collaborate in a distributed IAM-focused team.

Lead and shape engineering strategy for complex digital products, partner with design and product, champion AI adoption, mentor senior technical leaders, set architecture and delivery standards, review scopes and estimates, and build scalable engineering operations and processes to deliver high-quality client solutions.
