Set strategy and roadmap, convert ambiguous problems into shipped, enterprise-grade features, partner with engineering and design, prioritize based on customer feedback, and represent products to senior stakeholders and customers.

Drive CRO, SEO/GEO/AEO, content/messaging, information architecture, experimentation, analytics, and development oversight. Manage teams and agencies to turn the web ecosystem into a measurable growth engine that drives engagement, conversion, and pipeline.

Steward the Salesforce org by designing and maintaining declarative solutions, enforcing automation and governance standards, safeguarding data and security, supporting integrations, monitoring platform reliability, managing releases and documentation, and translating business needs into scalable, supportable platform designs while partnering with developers and stakeholders.

Drive net-new logo acquisition and manage full sales cycle for state and county government (SLED) accounts. Carry ~$1M annual quota (SaaS and services), build and manage pipeline, convert legacy customers to the modern SaaS platform, and collaborate with VP of Sales on territory and coverage.

Build governed gold-layer data models and a single-source metrics layer in Snowflake (dbt); create and optimize dashboards in enterprise BI tools; use AI coding agents and AI-assisted tooling to accelerate development; ensure data quality, governance, and consistency; collaborate with data engineering and stakeholders to deliver trusted analytics for internal and client-facing use.
