Manage enterprise data governance and data management for customer and transactional data. Define data models, taxonomies, standards, policies, quality metrics, and data dictionaries; establish stewardship practices; monitor privacy and compliance; assess and remediate data quality issues; support analytics, testing, and reporting; and coordinate between technology, marketing, and business teams to improve data integrity and marketing effectiveness.
