Create and manage branded visual assets across digital, print, TV, events, merchandise, and marketing. Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns (including events and political initiatives), produce and edit copy and visual assets, oversee websites, analyze campaign performance, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure brand consistency while fostering team creativity.

Provide high-level administrative support alongside the Senior Executive Assistant, managing correspondence, travel and event logistics, calendar updates, expense reconciliation, file organization, vendor coordination, and special projects. Maintain office supplies, assist HR and media teams, update policies and reporting, and support scheduling for TV/GTN and speaking engagements while handling confidential information with discretion.

Provide confidential administrative support to the HR Director including filing, correspondence, meeting coordination, report preparation, scheduling, office supply inventory, travel arrangements, special projects, and policy implementation support.
