Serve as primary liaison among users, clients, vendors, and development team. Lead requirements gathering, document business needs, manage enhancement portfolio and projects, perform Linux administration and scripting, install patches, execute testing and UAT, track defects, and support application operations.

Implement and maintain enterprise voice communications for clinical and campus environments. Design and deploy voice switches, IVR/ACD/call routing, SoNet Ring, and Call Accounting. Analyze trunk utilization, traffic balancing, security issues, disaster recovery planning/testing, and troubleshoot voice hardware/software. Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to maximize availability in a 24x7 environment. Provide technical documentation, cost management, project support, and on-call/overtime coverage as needed.

Maintain and support a highly available UNIX (AIX) environment: monitor system performance, manage storage and file systems (LVM, NFS), administer VIOS/virtual I/O (etherchannel, NPIV), troubleshoot secure network connectivity, automate tasks with scripting and enterprise tools (HPSA, Puppet), and support a large multi-platform user community.

Work with product managers and business users to gather and translate requirements into functional specifications and acceptance criteria. Support development teams, define user stories in a Kanban/Agile environment, and perform functional and UAT testing. Focus primarily on application development requirements with additional responsibilities for process improvement and product collaboration.

Monitor, diagnose, and perform initial fault isolation for network, telecom, server, backup, and data center incidents. Triage and escalate tickets, run routine operational monitoring and reporting, handle customer support calls, maintain procedures, and participate in a 24/7 shift rotation (4:00 PM–12:30 AM).

Design, implement, and automate deployment pipelines (Puppet) and provisioning for Linux/Windows servers. Automate infrastructure services (network devices, AD, DNS, load balancers), build monitoring dashboards and alerts, collaborate with development and infrastructure teams, and eliminate manual tasks to support high-availability SaaS/PaaS systems.

Manage and implement clinical pharmacy programs to drive adoption of Pharmacy OneSource solutions (notably Sentri7). Evaluate customer workflows, advise on best practices, develop clinical content, support product development, and provide clinical consulting and training to internal and external teams.

Lead and perform testing of native iOS and Android mobile apps, define and improve mobile QA practices and standards, oversee onshore/offshore testing, and collaborate on agile teams using QA tools and TDD.

Design and lead technical solution architecture for deployments, provide technical leadership and consulting, integrate infrastructure components (network, storage, servers, middleware), support Solution Delivery Management processes, and collaborate with stakeholders and support teams to ensure optimal environment operation and sustainment.

Design and develop a high-volume, distributed multi-tenant Java platform. Build and deploy Java/Scala services with RESTful APIs in a Big Data environment, focusing on low-latency, concurrency, relational database integration, test-first development, and Agile practices.
