Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, deliver induction and onboarding frameworks, engage external partners to build talent pipelines, and provide candidate communication and induction training to support attraction and retention.

Lead learning and development across Welsh care services, maintain statutory training compliance, deliver and design training and induction pathways, monitor effectiveness and reporting, support managers with coaching and workforce development, and ensure training meets CIW and regulatory requirements.
