My Choice Healthcare Group is looking for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to lead training, compliance and workforce development across our services in Wales.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in adult social care training who is passionate about developing people, improving care standards and creating a positive learning culture.
The Role
You will work closely with HR, Operations and Registered Managers to:
Lead learning & development across all services
Maintain statutory and mandatory training compliance
Deliver engaging training to mixed audiences
Develop induction pathways and competency frameworks
Monitor training effectiveness and compliance reporting
Support managers with coaching and workforce development
Ensure training supports CIW and regulatory requirements
What We’re Looking For
✔ Previous Learning & Development experience within adult social care
✔ Relevant training qualification
✔ Experience delivering statutory and mandatory training
✔ Strong organisational and facilitation skills
✔ Experience managing training compliance and matrices
✔ Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Wales (essential)
