Co-facilitate multi-session leadership development cohorts for construction clients, delivering interactive learning experiences, fostering inclusive, safe environments, building participant rapport, adapting content to group needs, preparing with senior facilitators, and traveling extensively (50–70%).

The Compensation Consultant participates in consulting engagements, conducts market analysis, prepares reports, communicates findings, prioritizes assignments, and supports junior team members in a collaborative team environment.

Work with construction executives to assess performance, identify improvement opportunities, design and implement operational solutions across project management, estimating, procurement, equipment/fleet, and field operations.
