Manage the full lifecycle of enterprise Oracle, Ingres, and Microsoft SQL Server databases in a high-availability federal environment. Responsibilities include database design, modeling, tuning, security, compliance, patching, vulnerability remediation, migrations, backup and disaster recovery, capacity planning, and DevSecOps integration. The role supports Agile development, cloud readiness, audit readiness, and mission-critical logistics, maintenance, financial, and operational applications for the U.S. Coast Guard.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise GIS web and desktop applications throughout the software development lifecycle. Collaborate with clients and Agile teams to define requirements, make architectural decisions, write tested and documented code, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot defects and performance issues, and support production environments. The role requires modern frontend, backend, database, testing, version control, and CI/CD skills, with preferred experience in desktop applications, legacy systems, containers, security remediation, and AI/ML integration.

Supports an enterprise Salesforce environment used by multiple government agencies. Leads discovery sessions, gathers requirements, identifies platform enhancements, partners with architects and developers, and supports quality assurance, releases, regression testing, and O&M activities.
