This position has been designated as work-from-home. This is a 30-hours a week position.
Essential Functions & Duties:
- Strong knowledge of ESRI product ecosystem, specifically Web Experience Builder.
- Understanding of GIS databases and database architectures.
- Understanding of GIS web and web map services.
- Designs, implements and maintains GIS solutions.
- Experience with ArcPy and ArcGIS API for Python.
- Designs, develops, enhances, debugs, implements and troubleshoots geospatial tools and hosted services.
- Researches, tests, builds, and coordinates the conversion and/or integration of new products based on client requirements.
- Addresses problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms.
- Consults with project teams and end users to identify application requirements.
- Performs feasibility analysis on potential future projects to management.
- Assists in the evaluation and recommendation of application software packages, application integration and testing tools.
- Resolves problems with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.
- Participates in development of software user manuals and technical reports.
- Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) support.
Required Qualifications:
- Thorough knowledge of ArcGIS Pro.
- GIS development experience.
- ArcGIS Online/Portal/Enterprise experience.
Skills, Qualifications and Certifications of Best Candidates:
- Python.
- JavaScript.
- Github workflow.
- Experience working within Agile.
Citizenship or Work Authorization Required:
- Ability to attain Federal Government Position of Trust.
- US Citizen
- Must pass a background investigation.
Target Salary Range
Compensation for roles at Synergy is determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the requirements of the role; level of experience; education and certifications; the individual’s combination of knowledge, skills, and abilities; as well as alignment with market data, federal and state laws, and other business and contract considerations. The estimated pay range for this position is: $59,941.00 – $85,630.00. The disclosed range has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case and represent just one component of Synergy’s total compensation package for employees.
